If grains and spices contain oil, dry them or roast them and grind them.
Due to continuous fine grinding, a thin layer of flour gets deposited on the stone due to which the average grinding becomes low.
At such a time, by grinding coarse wheat flour, the mill will get back its original average.
For proper maintenance, take a break of 15 minutes after running the mill continuously for 1 hour.
While tying and cleaning the delivery cover, keep the regulator at number 1.
If grain grinding is in progress and the mill is locked, use the push button switch to restart the mill.
If even after touching the regulator setting pin, fine flour is not obtained then open the setting pin and fit it in the front hole on the left side.
While opening and closing the flour mill, clean both the upper and lower seats of the delivery cover thoroughly.
Use only a brush or dry cloth to clean the grinding stone.
After running the machine for 5 to 10 minutes, turn the handle slightly clockwise, so that the pressure of the hot stone will reduce, this will not affect the fineness of the dough.
